The 3G caliper brake kit is designed for E-Z-GO TXT gas golf carts from 1982 onward. It is intended for non-lifted carts or carts with a factory lift and uses the existing brake cable system and mounting holes without drilling, welding, or other modifications.
The open caliper design allows visual inspection and pad changes. Installation requires 10-inch wheels or larger, and the correct spline size must be verified before ordering. The kit is designed for 4-cycle gas models only.
