The FIXHAWK FK-0004 front-end repair bushing kit is designed for Club Car DS golf carts from 1993 and newer, including both electric and gas models. It is intended to replace front-end and rear king pin bushings and includes polyurethane sleeves, control arm sleeves, upper and lower bushings, a delta upper clevis assembly, a vertical shaft, a front steel plate bushing, and screw and nut accessories.
