Golf Cart Cover for Columbia ParCar 8C Electric DE4

Golf cart cover for the Columbia ParCar 8C four-wheel electric model, DE4, identified for 1970 applications. The cover uses Oxford fabric with a dual-layer waterproof coating, strengthened seams, adjustable wind straps, hook-and-loop closure straps, and an elastic bottom band to help secure it in windy conditions.
