NIVEL Navitas TSX3.0 600A Controller for Club Car DS

The NIVEL Navitas TSX3.0 DC controller is a 600A performance controller for Club Car DS Series golf carts equipped with the factory Curtis 1205 0-5K controller. It supports 36–48V systems and provides adjustable armature and field current limits for smoother throttle control, stronger acceleration, and improved hill-climbing performance.

Bluetooth connectivity works with the Navitas Dashboard App for live telemetry, battery-status monitoring, performance adjustments, and lockout security. The controller also includes regenerative braking, rollback protection, motor over-speed protection, thermal safeguards, and under-voltage protection. Its compact, sealed design is described as a plug-and-play replacement with no cutting or major modifications required.
